After a few recent trips to the library, I have a huge stack of books that a) I’m reading, or b) sitting on my end table waiting to be read.
My most recent pick from the library is The Frugalista Files: How One Woman Got Out of Debt Without Giving Up The Fabulous Life by Natalie McNeal. I am almost finished with it and I will have to stay it has been a short and enjoyable read, if nothing else. While she is no Jen Lancaster in the humor department, I like her style. I give her kudos for writing about her personal finances. It takes a lot to put your mistakes out there, wrapped in a hot pink cover.
The remainder of the books on my table are all on woodworking. I wish my local public library would order something new seeing as 90% of the woodworking books I check out were printed around the year I was born.
Next on my reading list is The Happiness Project: Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin. It should be interesting, I’m sure. Are you reading anything interesting?
